Thank you very much for showing interest in this experiment. This study aims to examine perceived competence and likelihood for promotion for a leadership position. Participants should be fluent in English and between the ages of 18-25. When participating you are asked to conduct the experiment online in a private, quiet place. The experiment should take around 15 minutes and can be conducted on a laptop or a tablet, however, if participating on a tablet it must be on landscape mode.
